This spicy cocktail made with vodka, apple juice, and pumpkin beer is perfect for the fall holidays, especially Halloween, or anytime you just want to savor the flavors of autumn. Moderately sweet, with fragrant hints of spice, it's served in glasses garnished with graham cracker crumbs.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- Crushed graham crackersto decorate the rim of the glass
- 60 ml of vodka
- 45 ml apple juice
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spices
- 15 ml pumpkin beer (or more, as needed)
Simple sugar syrup
- 0.5 cups of sugar
- 0.5 cups of water

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Pour a little simple syrup into one saucer and place crushed graham crackers into another saucer. Dip the rim of a martini glass into the syrup, then press it into the crushed graham crackers to adhere. Set aside.
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, apple juice, spices, and 15 ml of simple syrup; shake well. Strain into a prepared martini glass. Top with pumpkin beer to just below the rim.
- Simple sugar syrup:

Combine sugar and 0.5 cups of water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat and let cool completely.
