This punch can be made with any rum, as long as you have a bottle of light and a bottle of dark rum. You can use juices from a tetra pack or dilute the concentrate.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 bottle of Havana Club 3-year-old rum
  • 1 bottle of Havana Club 7-year-old rum
  • Brown granulated sugar
  • Peel of 1 orange
  • 1 liter of fresh pineapple nectar (juice with pulp)
  • 1 liter of fresh mango nectar (juice with pulp)
  • 1 liter of fresh orange juice with pulp
  • Fresh lime wedges
  • Garnish: pineapple, mango and orange pieces

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Boil the sugar and orange peel for 30 minutes, then let cool.
  2. Meanwhile, pour the rum and juices into a punch bowl. Add the simple syrup and stir. Before serving, garnish with pineapple, mango, and orange slices and a sprinkle of grated nutmeg.
