This traditional Indian drink is refreshing, invigorating, and uplifting. Lassi is made with plain yogurt, mango pulp, and spices. Simply blend all the ingredients together and serve chilled. To avoid adding ice, make lassi with frozen mango pieces. This will give your drink a richer, more undiluted flavor, and you can enjoy its summery flavor year-round.
