How to wrap ingredients in puff pastry


1. Unroll the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into pieces large enough to wrap around the ingredients, with the edges overlapping by about 1.5 cm. Wrap the ingredient, moisten the edges with water, and pinch to seal.

2. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Beat 1 egg with 2 tablespoons water; brush the puff pastry mixture over the pastry and freeze until firm, about 20 minutes.

3. Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake until puffed and golden brown, 20-25 minutes.
