Make a healthy ice cream with fresh blueberries, oatmeal, and plant-based milk, essentially frozen oatmeal on a stick—perfect for a summer breakfast! Blend all ingredients until smooth, freeze in popsicle molds, and enjoy.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place blueberries, nut milk, oats, honey, jam, lemon juice and a pinch of salt in the jar of a blender and blend until smooth.
