Summer blueberries are a treasure trove of vitamins and antioxidants, and a true treat that transforms your oatmeal into an elegant dessert. Sweet, juicy, and healthy, they also delight with their rich color—natural dye at its finest. Make a healthy ice cream with fresh blueberries, oatmeal, and plant-based milk, essentially frozen oatmeal on a stick—perfect for a summer breakfast! Blend all ingredients until smooth, freeze in popsicle molds, and enjoy.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened hazelnut milk
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tbsp. blueberry jam
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Special equipment: 6 popsicle molds with a capacity of 80-120 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place blueberries, nut milk, oats, honey, jam, lemon juice and a pinch of salt in the jar of a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among six 90-120 ml ice cream molds. Freeze until the ice cream is completely set, at least 8 hours, but preferably overnight.

  3. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes, then remove the molds. Ice cream can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks..
