Store-bought marshmallow bunnies can be given a festive look and used as Easter decorations. Thread the marshmallows onto long sticks and dip them in melted chocolate. While the chocolate is still wet, attach gummy eyes, carrots, and tails to the bunnies. These sweets are perfect for decorating a dessert table at a children's party or any other celebration. Or, wrap each bunny on a stick in clear cellophane, tie it with a thin ribbon, and give it as a gift.

Recipe:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a glass bowl, place 110g of dark chocolate chips or chocolate wafer cookies and 2 teaspoons of shortening or coconut oil. Melt in the microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring, until melted, about 1-2 minutes.
Insert 12 lollipop sticksPlace 12 yellow marshmallow bunnies (such as Peeps) on skewers. Dip the bunnies one at a time into the chocolate icing, spreading it out with a small spatula and wiping off any excess chocolate on the edge of the bowl. Arrange the bunnies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and attach tails made from mini marshmallow halves. Refrigerate until the icing sets, about 20 minutes.
Rabbit facesFor tails, attach two small googly eyes. Attach a small orange gummy bear to each bunny to make a carrot. Cut small green gummy bears in half and snip the ends to resemble carrot tops, then attach to the base of the carrot.
