Celebrate the arrival of spring with cupcakes or a cake featuring charming daffodils, easily made from marshmallows. In addition to mini marshmallows, you'll need green fish-shaped gumdrops (for the leaves) and decorative yellow sugar (for the flower centers).
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.

- 5 mini marshmallows
- Yellow decorative sugar
- A little extra white icing

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Cut the fish almost to the tail, slightly open the "leaves," and place them on the cupcake. Cut the marshmallows in half diagonally and press the cut edges into decorative yellow sugar to adhere. Press 3 marshmallow halves onto each fish, close to the tail, securing them with additional frosting if necessary.
