To add a touch of spring charm to your cupcakes, decorate them with simple marshmallow flowers on gummy candy stems, and sprinkle the sticky, fresh cut ends of the marshmallows with colorful decorative sugar. A great idea for a cupcake decorating workshop with kids!



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 cupcake, frosted (about 2 tablespoons frosting)
  • Yellow and pink decorative sugar
  • Green gummy candy
  • 2 mini marshmallows

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Roll the edges of the cupcake in yellow sugar, leaving the center white. Cut the green candy into two small strips and place them on the cupcake so the bottom edges touch.
  2. Cut the marshmallows diagonally. Press the cut ends into pink sugar and arrange them on the stems like buds.
