Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 pinches of salt
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cups instant dry milk
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate bar (52% cocoa content), grated
  • 48 mini marshmallows
  • Special equipment: 4 glass jars with a capacity of 120 ml.
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Using a funnel, pour the following ingredients into each jar: 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 2 tablespoons dry milk powder, 1 tablespoon dark chocolate, and 12 mini marshmallows. Seal the jars.
  • Step 2
  • For serving:

    Pour the hot chocolate mixture from one jar into a mug and pour in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir.
