In this recipe, Trisha Yearwood combines two delicious desserts: chocolate fondue and an American camp s'more. You'll enjoy all the flavors of a traditional s'more, but in a fondue form. Chocolate ganache is poured into individual molds and topped with crushed graham crackers and salted almonds. For dipping, thread marshmallows and fruit onto wooden skewers and roast over an open flame (campfire, blowtorch, or gas burner) until the marshmallows are nicely browned. Serve three skewers per serving. This dessert looks very impressive and unique.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until bubbles form around the edges and steam begins to rise. Place the chocolate in a large bowl. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 3 minutes. Stir until smooth, then fold in the sour cream. Pour the ganache into 6 small ramekins.
- Grind the graham crackers and almonds in a food processor until crumbly (or finely chop with a knife). Sprinkle the mixture over the ganache in the ramekins.
- Thread strawberries, sliced fruit, and marshmallows onto skewers. Hold the skewers over a campfire or open flame, turning, until the marshmallows are toasted. Dip the skewers in the chocolate fondue and enjoy!
