For your next house party or romantic dinner, prepare a light white chocolate fondue with vanilla-flavored rice milk. A pinch of cinnamon will perfectly complement its vanilla notes. Serve with berries, biscuit pieces, marshmallows, or, for a more adventurous palate, try this chocolate fondue with potato chips.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 0.5 - 3/4 cup sweet vanilla rice milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 680 g chopped white chocolate
  • A pinch of coarse salt
  • Ground cinnamon, for sprinkling
  • For serving: blackberries, brownie bits, ripple chips, graham crackers, marshmallows, salted straws, and strawberries

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Pour the rice milk into a medium saucepan and add the cinnamon stick. Heat over medium heat, then turn off the heat and add the chocolate and salt. Let sit for a minute, then stir until the chocolate melts. If the mixture is too runny, heat it a little more; if not runny enough, add more rice milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with dipping sauce.
