This fondue is made solely with Gouda cheese, but for a slightly stronger flavor, add aged Gouda to the fresh Gouda. Add a splash of white wine, a pinch of nutmeg, and a dash of cayenne pepper—and you've got the perfect appetizer for a romantic evening! If you don't have a fondue pot, you can serve the sauce in a slow cooker. Serve around the appetizers and enjoy.
