Unlike traditional chocolate fondue, this dessert is made with dark chocolate melted in unsweetened condensed milk, which replaces heavy cream. The chocolate sauce remains thick and luscious, perfect for dipping fruit. Place the fondue pot in the center of the table, and arrange sliced apples, bananas, and strawberries around it. These fruits pair beautifully with chocolate, but you can also add your own flavors.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 220 g strawberries, hulled
- 2 teaspoons of orange juice
- 0.5 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 0.5 cups of skim milk concentrate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 55 g dark chocolate (60%-70% cocoa), finely chopped

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Peel and slice the banana and apple. Arrange the banana, apple, and strawberry slices in separate piles on a plate. Drizzle the bananas and apples with orange juice and gently toss to combine. Cover the fruit with plastic wrap and refrigerate while you prepare the fondue.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the cocoa powder and sugar. Gradually pour in the evaporated milk and whisk well to form a paste. Place the saucepan over low heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla and chocolate, stirring until melted. The mixture will thicken as it cools. Pour the chocolate into a fondue pot and keep warm. Serve with sliced fruit for dipping.
