What could be more delicious and satisfying for a sweet tooth than a warm, rich, silky chocolate ganache?! This recipe uses two types of chocolate—dark and semisweet—to create a rich and balanced fondue flavor. Dip pound cake pieces, fruit, or pretzels into it and enjoy!
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 220 g semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 and 1/3 cups heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, diced
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Diced pound cake, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine all the chocolate, heavy cream, butter, and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring, until the chocolate is melted. Stir until the sauce is smooth and glossy.
- Pour into a fondue pan and keep warm over low heat. Serve with pound cake.
