Pimm's is a traditional English drink made with gin and aromatic herbs. Pimm's is primarily used to make summer fruit cocktails of the same name. The alcoholic drink is diluted with sparkling water or lemonade and flavored with various berries, fruits, and cucumbers. This cocktail is enjoyed in the UK throughout the summer at various events, celebrations, and in everyday life.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 45 ml Pimm's No. 1 liqueur with gin
  • 90 ml cold lemonade
  • 100 ml cucumber juice
  • Cucumber sticks, for garnish
  • Apple slice, for decoration
  • 60 ml of cold sparkling water
