Chocolate ganache

Time: 15 min.
This chocolate ganache is perfect for decorating various desserts (such as cake, cheesecake, or brownies). It can also be used as a filling (for example, in eclairs). The ganache's flavor isn't overly sweet (depending on the chocolate used), and the corn syrup gives the ganache a pleasant sheen.
