Chocolate-cherry sparkling dessert with raspberries

This seemingly simple chocolate dessert, garnished with fresh raspberries and gold stars, holds a little surprise in the form of cherry pops that explode so deliciously on the tongue. An unusual way to surprise your guests.


Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 230 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 3 packages (100 grams each) of cherry Pop Rocks pops
  • 12 raspberries
  • Gold star sprinkles, optional
  • Special equipment: 12-cup silicone muffin pan
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Gently heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until fine bubbles form around the edges. Place the chopped chocolate in a medium bowl and pour the hot cream over the chocolate. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then whisk from the center of the bowl outward until smooth and combined.
  • Step 2
  • Place 1/2 teaspoon of popsicles into each of the 12 muffin cups. Divide the ganache evenly between the cups and place a raspberry on top, pressing it into the ganache. Refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours.
  • Step 3
  • Before serving, remove the dessert from the pan and sprinkle with decorative gold stars.
