The best recipe for brownies - a detailed cooking recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of butter
- 100 g chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup of sugar
- 0.5 cup cocoa powder
- 0.5 cup softened mascarpone cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 cups premium flour
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
Ganache cream:
- 500 g finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- 3 tbsp (45 g) butter
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.

- Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a square baking pan.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and bring it almost to a boil. Place the chopped chocolate in a large bowl. Pour in the hot butter and let it sit for 30 seconds. Stir until completely melted. Add the sugar and cocoa. Beat in the mascarpone, eggs, and vanilla and mix until smooth. Stir in the flour and salt.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it out.
Step 2 - Bake for 45-50 minutes, until baked through. Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
Spread warm chocolate ganache over the brownies. Wait until the chocolate sauce has completely set before cutting into squares.
Chocolate sauce: Place the chocolate in a large bowl. Bring the cream and butter to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat. Pour the hot mixture into the bowl with the chocolate and let it sit for 30 seconds. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined. Spread the sauce while it's still warm.
