Chocolate Fudge Brownie - detailed recipe.

- 0.5 tsp salt
- 250 g chopped dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1.5 cups chocolate chips

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt into a bowl.
Melt the butter and chopped chocolate in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then stir in the sugar. Add the eggs and mix well. Add the flour mixture and 1 cup of chocolate chips and mix well. - Preheat oven to 160°C. Line a 20 x 30 cm baking pan with foil, leaving an extra 5 cm around the edges. Grease the foil with oil.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips on top. Bake for about 40 minutes. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center; it should come out slightly damp. Let cool slightly in the pan. Remove from the pan, remove the foil, and cut into large squares.
