Chocolate Fudge Brownie - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 200 g butter, plus extra for greasing the pan
  • 1.5 cups premium flour
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 250 g chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt into a bowl.

    Melt the butter and chopped chocolate in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then stir in the sugar. Add the eggs and mix well. Add the flour mixture and 1 cup of chocolate chips and mix well.
  2. Preheat oven to 160°C. Line a 20 x 30 cm baking pan with foil, leaving an extra 5 cm around the edges. Grease the foil with oil.

    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips on top. Bake for about 40 minutes. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center; it should come out slightly damp. Let cool slightly in the pan. Remove from the pan, remove the foil, and cut into large squares.
