The secret to Rachael Ray's stunning chocolate fudge dessert is its speed. She combines chocolate and creamy caramel with condensed milk, then spreads the mixture while still warm into a wreath.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 pack (340 g) semi-sweet chocolate granules
- 250 g (3/4 pack weighing 340 g) milk toffee granules
- 400 gr. condensed milk with sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 225 g walnut halves
- 1/2 cup (a couple of handfuls) dried currants
- Lightly grease a 20cm cake tin with softened butter.
- Green and red candied cherries for garnish (optional)

Recipes with similar ingredients: semi-sweet chocolate, walnuts, dried currants, dried cherries, condensed milk, vanilla extract, iris
Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place a heavy saucepan on the stove and heat over low heat. Add the granules and milk and stir until the chocolate melts and forms a smooth paste. Save the empty condensed milk can. Add the vanilla extract and remove from the heat. Add the nuts and currants and stir immediately.
- Wrap an empty condensed milk can in plastic wrap and place it in the center of a greased pan. Spread the "batter" around the can in the pan, making sure it's centered.
- The mixture hardens almost instantly. You can only add decorations within the first two minutes after you pour the dough into the pan, so work quickly.
Decorate the holly wreath with sliced green and red cherries. When serving, you can garnish it with a prepared bow. Cover the dessert and refrigerate. Before serving, slice it very thinly. Quick and delicious.
