Apple tart is quick and easy to make. Without any fuss, you'll have a pie ready in just 25 minutes. 1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 whole sheet puff pastry, cut in half
  • 3 whole apples, cored, halved and sliced ​​without peeling
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Caramel sauce, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Place the puff pastry rectangles on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper. Add sugar, salt, and lemon juice to the apples. Stir. Let sit for a few minutes.

  3. Place the apple slices overlapping each other in even rows on the puff pastry rectangles. Bake until the tart is puffed and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
