Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Place the puff pastry rectangles on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper. Add sugar, salt, and lemon juice to the apples. Stir. Let sit for a few minutes.
