This amazingly simple and delicious tart is quick and easy to make without dough. For the base, you'll need a wheat tortilla. Sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar, top with thinly sliced ​​apples, and toast in a mini oven until the sugar caramelizes. Drizzle with caramel sauce if desired. The perfect way to quickly satisfy your cinnamon apple craving.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 wheat tortilla, 15 cm in diameter.
  • 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • Half a Honeycrisp apple, sliced ​​0.3cm thick.
  • Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade), optional
  • Additional equipment: compact toaster oven

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Brush the tortilla with half the melted butter and sprinkle with half the sugar and cinnamon. Toast in the oven until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
  2. Fan out the apple slices onto the tortilla. Brush with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar. Return to the oven and broil until the apples are soft and the sugar is bubbling, 8–10 minutes. Remove and season with salt to taste. Drizzle with caramel sauce, if using.
