Blend everything in a blender, adding some white bread crumbs for thickening and a splash of red wine vinegar, which, along with the garlic, adds a piquant flavor to the sweet grapes. Serve the gazpacho well chilled. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with crushed pink peppercorns, and enjoy the refreshing taste of this soup.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 cups seedless red grapes

- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- Half a small clove of garlic
- Crushed pink pepper, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a blender, blend the grapes, cucumber, bread, olive oil, 2 tablespoons of water, vinegar, garlic, and 1 teaspoon of salt until smooth, at least 1 minute. Refrigerate until completely chilled, at least 30 minutes.
- Season the gazpacho with salt to taste. Ladle into small bowls. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed pink pepper.
