Juicy baked halibut with a refreshing hint of lemon and paprika is the perfect dish for a light, healthy dinner, and it cooks up in no time. Fresh white fish absorbs flavors easily, so let it marinate in lemon juice for a few minutes before baking, then drizzle with olive oil, add a little paprika, and pop it in the oven. Baked halibut goes well with almost any side dish, such as rice, new potatoes, fresh or roasted vegetables, or even a green salad for a light dinner.
