This cocktail was named after the Irish folklore character Jack, who, after a failed deal with the Devil, was forced to wander with a carved jack-o'-lantern, which became one of the symbols of Halloween. It features pumpkin beer, a touch of spiced liqueur, and citrus—the perfect treat for the autumn holidays.
