If you have unexpected guests, you can quickly whip up some exquisite cupcakes using leftover morning muffins and top them with a stunning frosting. This simple, yet fluffy and delicious frosting is quickly whipped up using butter, milk, and powdered sugar. Give it a unique look by mixing in any jam or preserves, creating marbled patterns on the surface, allowing you to clearly distinguish the flavors of both the frosting and the fruitiness of the jam. It's also very pretty, especially if you pipe the frosting using a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
