This exquisite cocktail of fresh strawberries and champagne will be the perfect addition to any occasion, whether a formal event or a bridal shower. It requires preparation in advance, as the strawberry puree is mixed with natural vanilla and left to steep for several hours, allowing the stunning berry aroma to meld with the vanilla sweetness. The chilled puree is then poured into well-chilled tall glasses and topped with chilled rosé champagne.
