Meatballs baked in a spicy tomato sauce will delight both adults and children – a surefire family dinner option. Made with just ground beef, finely rolled oats, onions, and milk, the meatballs are first dredged in flour and pan-fried until crispy and golden brown on all sides. They're then coated in a sweet and sour tomato ketchup-based sauce and finished in the oven until done. They're juicy and tender. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles and enjoy.
