If the name of this cocktail sounds like a Middle Eastern pepper snack, you're not mistaken. The drink is made with pepper juice, cumin liqueur, nut bitters, lemon juice, dark rum, and tequila. All the ingredients complement each other perfectly, resulting in a balanced and piquant flavor. Garnish with a twist of lemon zest before serving.

Puree the bell peppers in a high-power blender (or juice them with a juicer).
