Brownie Blondies with Cream Cheese Frosting - A Detailed Recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1.5 cups premium flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 250 g softened butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp orange extract
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 1/2 cup caramel crumbs

Orange-curd cream:

  • 1 cream cheese (225 g), softened
  • 4 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 box of powdered sugar (450 g)
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Orange Brownie: Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add butter, eggs, orange extract, and orange zest. Mix everything together until smooth using an electric mixer.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 22 x 33 cm baking dish.

    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove the pan from the oven, let cool, and pierce the cake with a fork. Frost the cake with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with caramel sprinkles. Cut the cake into squares.

    Orange-curd glaze: In a large bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer. Gradually add the powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the orange zest and juice. Frost the cake with the resulting glaze.
