Treat your loved ones with homemade cherry-flavored lollipops! They're incredibly quick and easy to make using cherry-flavored jelly powder, available at any supermarket.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 55 g butter
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 90 g cherry-flavored jelly powder
- Special equipment: 20 lollipop sticks, metal measuring spoon, candy thermometer

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Grease or spray parchment-lined baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange half of the lollipop sticks on each sheet and set aside.
- Place a small saucepan over medium heat, add sugar, butter and corn syrup and cook until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring frequently. Insert a candy thermometer into the syrup and continue cooking until the temperature reaches 150°C (300°F). Remove from heat. Add the gelatin and stir until smooth.
- Using a metal measuring spoon, quickly pour a heaping spoonful of syrup onto the end of each lollipop stick. Cool the candies completely. Wrap each lollipop in plastic wrap and store in an airtight container.
