A single-serve bird's nest dessert that's easy to make with chocolate, store-bought potato chips, and almonds. You'll need just three ingredients and a muffin tin to make these delicious cakes.

Melt 8 ounces (230 g) of chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring constantly. Remove the bowl from the pan and stir in 2 cups of cooked potato chips. Grease a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray and spoon a small amount of the chocolate mixture into each cup; make an indentation to form a nest. Refrigerate until firm, at least 3 hours. Fill with almonds.
