How to Make Savannah Berry Cheesecakes

This finger food treat is perfect for any party. However, cheesecakes should be refrigerated before serving.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


Warp:

  • 1 cup premium wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed firmly)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 110 g melted butter

Filling:

  • 2 packs (225 g each) of softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon natural vanilla or almond extract
  • Fresh berries and mint leaves for garnish

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, pecans, and butter. Press the mixture into an ungreased 13x9x2-inch loaf pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

  3. For the filling, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer until smooth. Add the eggs and extract and beat well. Pour over the crust. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool completely. Before serving, cut the cheesecake into squares. Garnish the tops of the cakes with berries and mint leaves.
