Quantity: 4 cakes

S'mores in the form of brownies are another way to indulge your sweet tooth. When heading outdoors, pack a picnic basket with some small s'mores, along with your favorite chocolate sauce and spread. Then, at the very end of the picnic, when the grill is cooling down, you can enjoy dessert. Also, avoid direct heat under the brownies. This will allow the filling to warm up and melt, and the marshmallows to crisp up before the brownies start to burn.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Grease a 12-by-12-inch sheet of foil and the cake pans on all sides with melted butter. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of chocolate-hazelnut spread into the well of each pan. Sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon of crushed graham crackers.

  3. Top the brownies with mini marshmallows. Place the prepared foil on the grill grates. Arrange the brownies on it. Close the grill and cook until the marshmallows are toasted and browned (about 5 minutes).
  4. Remove from the grill, transfer to a plate and pour over chocolate sauce.
