What if you don't have enough time or space to build a fire, but you're craving that smoky, melt-in-the-mouth camp s'more? A grill is the perfect solution. All you need is a flat grill basket with a lid. A few minutes on the grill, and you'll have a big batch of s'mores for the whole crowd. Graham crackers aren't traditionally toasted, but this recipe cooks the entire s'more, resulting in a crispier cracker, especially when paired with the melt-in-the-mouth filling—it's simply incredible!

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat the grill by preparing the indirect heat zone. On a gas grill (with 3 or more burners), turn all burners to medium heat. After about 15 minutes, turn off one of the middle burners and reduce the heat to medium-low on the others (the grill should reach 350°F).
- On a charcoal grill, pour the burnt-out coals onto the briquettes on one side of the grill.
- Open a flat grill basket and lay 8 graham cracker squares on the surface. Top each cracker with 1 piece of milk chocolate. Place 2 marshmallow halves on top of the chocolate, cut-side up (this will help the top cracker stick better). Top with the remaining graham crackers.
- Carefully close the basket and secure the lid, being careful not to crack the graham crackers. Place the basket over indirect heat, close the grill, and cook until the chocolate begins to melt and the graham crackers and marshmallows begin to toast, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip the basket over and continue cooking with the lid open until the remaining graham crackers begin to toast and the marshmallows are melted and golden brown, about 1 more minute.
- Open the basket lid and transfer the s'mores to a serving platter.
