The best way to make s'mores without a campfire and for a crowd is to bake a dessert pizza with s'more topping! To make it, you'll need store-bought pizza dough and traditional s'more ingredients: graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate. A touch of almonds adds texture, while spices like chili powder, cayenne pepper, and salt add richness, especially when paired with dark chocolate. Serve the pizza hot to fully appreciate the texture of the topping and the flavor of the toasted marshmallows.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 balls of store-bought pizza dough, 450g each
  • 1/4 cup almond needles
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 package graham crackers, crushed (about 1 1/4 cups crumbs)
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 bars of dark chocolate, 100g each, broken into 0.5cm pieces.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

    Roll out the pizza dough into two rounds, 30-35 cm in diameter and 0.5 cm thick. Bake, preferably on a pizza stone or in a pizza pan, for 4-6 minutes, or until the crusts are golden brown. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. While the pizza crusts are baking, toast the almonds in a dry skillet over medium-high heat. Transfer the almonds to a plate to cool.

  3. Melt the butter in a skillet. Add crushed graham crackers, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the crumbs are golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Top each pizza with half the marshmallows and half the chocolate chips. Return to the oven for 3-5 minutes, until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle each pizza with half the graham cracker mixture and half the toasted almonds. Let rest for 3-4 minutes, slice, and serve.
