A refreshing and pleasant-tasting gin cocktail with cucumber, simple syrup, and lime juice. A truly light and feminine cocktail. Its name is likely inspired by the Rolling Stones song of the same name. This drink will lift your spirits and help you unwind at the end of a hectic day.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 cucumber
  • 40 ml of gin
  • A little freshly squeezed lime juice
  • A little sugar syrup
  • Chilled sparkling water

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Slice a cucumber and set aside for serving. Peel the remaining cucumber, cut it in half, and remove the seeds. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine sieve.
  2. Fill a highball glass three-quarters full with ice. Add 2 ml of cucumber puree, gin, lime juice, and simple syrup and stir. (To make a simple syrup, simmer equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves, then let cool.) Fill the glass with club soda and stir again. Garnish with the reserved cucumber slices.
