This French pie is made using store-bought puff pastry, so the active preparation takes just ten minutes: mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl and spoon them onto the dough. The hardest part will be waiting for this luxurious pie to bake, captivating with its sweet coconut aroma and the taste of the light, moist filling nestled within a thin, crumbly crust. The pie simply melts in your mouth. If desired, you can garnish it with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
