This aromatic Thai soup is made with coconut milk, chicken, lemongrass, Thai chili, and other spices for a rich and complex flavor. Bok choy adds a fresh vegetable flavor and provides essential fiber.

  • 1/4 cup lemongrass
  • Chicken breast 220 gr.

  • 1 teaspoon coriander
