Bite into these cookies and enjoy the rich, double-chocolate flavor in every bite. The classic American chocolate chip cookie dough is mixed with a touch of cocoa powder, and instead of chocolate chips, we use broken chocolate pieces, which you can cut to any size you like. Using a mixer, the dough comes together instantly, but let it set in the refrigerator before baking. The finished cookies are crispy around the edges and very soft in the center. A perfect treat for holidays and every day.
