Instead of store-bought chocolates, give your loved ones a homemade chocolate bar for Valentine's Day, filled with all your heartfelt feelings. Spread melted dark chocolate over a smooth surface, drizzle with melted white chocolate, and top with a variety of bright sprinkles and candy hearts. Once the bar has set, break it into random pieces, place it in decorative bags, and tie with ribbon.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a small saucepan, bring 1 inch (2.5 cm) of water to a boil over medium-low heat. Place the white chocolate in a small bowl and set it over the simmering water. When the chocolate is almost half melted, remove the bowl from the saucepan and place it on a towel. Continue stirring with a silicone spatula until smooth. Set aside. Repeat with the dark chocolate.
- Pour the dark chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it into a 0.5 cm thick layer. Using a silicone spatula, drizzle the white chocolate over the dark chocolate in zigzags and decorative patterns. Run the tip of a skewer through the chocolate in different directions to create swirls. Sprinkle with any desired toppings. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, then break the bar into pieces.
