Chocolate-covered strawberries are a traditional Valentine's Day dessert, but chocolate covered strawberries are perfect for any day! Simply melt a bar of your favorite dark chocolate, spread it into an even layer, sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberries, and let it set. Break the finished bar into pieces and enjoy! You can even package them and give them as gifts to friends.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place three-quarters of the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted. Add the remaining chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer 0.5 cm thick; top with freeze-dried strawberries. Let the chocolate set, then break into pieces.
