This delicious chocolate icing is perfect for decorating cakes, pastries, and cupcakes. It's made from powdered sugar, cocoa powder, heavy cream, and butter, which gives the frosting a stunning texture. The icing is fragrant, smooth, and richly chocolatey, spreading easily onto the cake.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa together into a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of the sugar-butter mixture and 1 tablespoon of cream until smooth. Add another 1 cup of the sugar mixture and another 1 tablespoon of cream, whisking well. Continue mixing until all the ingredients are used and you have a fluffy, smooth glaze. Stir in the vanilla extract. Spread the glaze over one cake layer. Top with the second cake layer and completely cover the top and sides of the cake with glaze.
