This chocolate glaze is made with chopped unsweetened chocolate, heavy cream, and cocoa powder, while dates add a natural sweetness without the added refined sugar. The dates also enhance the chocolate flavor, blending harmoniously with the dessert. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until you have a silky chocolate glaze, then spread it over the baked goods. This amount makes one small cake or 12 cupcakes.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 10 pitted dates, chopped
  • 55 g sugar-free chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
