Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.5 cups coarsely chopped dark chocolate
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tbsp. brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 cups coarsely chopped biscotti cookies
- 0.5 cup coarsely chopped pistachios
- 0.5 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- You will need a heatproof bowl for the chocolate, a medium bowl for creaming the sugar and butter, and a spatula.
- Place the chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until completely melted and smooth, about 3 minutes.
- In another medium bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar with a mixer until smooth, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in melted chocolate, coffee, and cocoa powder until fully incorporated, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Stir in the walnuts with a spatula,
- pistachios and biscotti.
- Mix well.
- Place the chocolate mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap.
- Form a sausage about 5 cm in diameter and 30 cm long.
- Wrap the sausage in plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, remove the film from the chocolate sausage and dust the sausage with powdered sugar.
- Tie with kitchen string to make it look like real salami.
