Ingredients:

  • 340 g of high-quality white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup pistachios, roasted, salted and shelled
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
  • Place 250g of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until all the chocolate has melted. Add the remaining 90g of chocolate and let stand for 3 minutes. Stir until smooth. If any solid chocolate pieces remain, continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring thoroughly to melt the remaining chocolate, but be careful not to overheat it.
  • Step 3
  • Pour the chocolate onto the parchment paper and gently spread it into a 0.5 cm thick layer. Sprinkle with pistachios and cranberries, pressing gently to adhere. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  • Refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes. Break into pieces and refrigerate until ready to serve.
