Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. grated carrots (about 8 medium carrots)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • Coarse salt and ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, oil, honey, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
  • In a medium bowl, combine the carrots, cranberries, nuts, and celery seeds. Add the mayonnaise mixture and mix thoroughly. Cover the carrot salad and refrigerate until serving.
