Cranberry scones - a detailed recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups premium wheat flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp (60 g) butter
- 2 tablespoons of margarine
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg
- A handful of dried cranberries or currants

1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well. Using two knives, cut the butter and margarine directly into the flour mixture.
Step 2 - In a separate bowl, combine the cream and beaten egg, then add to the dry ingredients. Stir in the dried fruit.
Place the dough on a floured work surface. Roll out the dough and cut out round buns. Bake the scones for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
