Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Flavored pisco:

Add orange strips, mint sprigs, and tea bags to a bottle of pisco tea. Let it steep for at least 24 hours. The longer the tea steeps, the stronger the flavor will be. Carefully remove the tea bags.
  2. Pina Pisco:

Add some ice to a cocktail shaker. Squeeze the orange slices into the shaker (save the peel). Add a shot of flavored pisco and pineapple juice. Shake for about 30 seconds.

  3. Wet the rim of the glass with a squeezed orange wedge. Dip it in seasoned salt to ensure it sticks. Pour the contents of the shaker into the prepared glass. Top it off with a splash of seltzer water. Garnish with pineapple balls to keep the drink chilled.
