Bollywood Basmati Rice - A Detailed Recipe.

1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

- 1/4 cup toasted almond slices
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan. Add rice and onion. Stir until the rice is coated with oil and translucent around the edges, about 2 minutes. Add water and salt.
Stir, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir the rice. Then gently mix it with the remaining ingredients.
